The positive electrode materials of lithium batteries are lithium cobalt oxide LiCoO2, ternary material Ni+Mn+Co, lithium manganate Li2MnO4 plus conductive agent and adhesive, which are coated on aluminum foil to form the positive electrode, and the negative electrode is layered graphite plus conductive agent and adhesive. So far, the more advanced anode layered graphite particles have used nano-carbon.
1. Pulping: Mix the powdered positive and negative active materials with a special solvent and a binder, and after stirring evenly, make a slurry of positive and negative materials.
2. Coating film: The positive and negative electrode slurries are uniformly coated on the surface of the metal foil by an automatic coating machine, and are automatically cut into positive and negative electrode sheets after automatic drying.
3. Assembly: According to the top-down sequence of positive electrode sheet-diaphragm-negative electrode sheet-diaphragm, the process of winding and injecting electrolyte, sealing, welding of positive and negative electrodes, that is, the assembly process of the li-ion battery is completed, and the finished battery is made.
4. Formation: The finished battery is placed in the test cabinet for charge and discharge testing, and qualified finished batteries are screened out before leaving the factory.
